NRM government under visionary leadership of H.E Museveni introduced Universal Primary/ Secondary Education so that all school going children access education. It’s raison d’etre that Uganda’s literacy is above 80%. It’s our patriotic duty as leaders to implore parents to send their children to school and guard these UPE and USE schools from charging exorbitant fees that deny children from low socio-economic status background to get education. Let us direct PTA meetings from making these erroneous guidelines.
