Hon Annet Katusiime Mugisha while presiding over the event of Bushenyi Area-NWSC handing over of a fully completed toilet facility to kizinda town council as Guest of Honour ; implored all Ugandans to collectively fight homosexuality in Uganda . Hon Annet Katusiime Mugisha said that 11th Parliament has done its cardinal duty of passing Anti-Homosexuality Bill pending President to assent to it to become a law. Hon Annet Katusiime Mugisha showcased her belief in H.E Museveni to assent to the bill because of his solid belief in African norms and values.
Hon Annet Katusiime Mugisha called upon parents to be very observant in the lives of their children and preach against homosexuality and expound to their children that homosexuality is unAfrican, unnatural,non spiritual, immoral and against God’s plan of procreation. She further appealed to Religious and political leaders to aggressively come on board to guard our moral fibre against this moral decadence.
