Bushenyi Area- NWSC under auspices of Area Manager Eng Kiggundu Sam and NWSC staff is today giving assortment of items like sugar, cooking oil, rice, soap etc to moslem friends in the whole District as they prepare to celebrate Eid Al-Fitir.
Eng Sam Kiggundu said as NWSC; they are prepared to reach out to over 29 Mosques in the Bushenyi District. Eng Sam Kiggundu said that it has been humane credo of NWSC Corporate Social responsibility to appreciate and celebrate with moslem family because they are stakeholders in Water family since they constitute customer base of NWSC. Eng Sam Kiggundu inferably thanked Dr.Eng Silver Mugisha as a Managing Director of NWSC for always approving budgets geared towards Corporate social responsibility which helps their area to actualize their Corporate Social responsibility goals as an institution.
Chairman Jaffari Bassajalaba – Chairman LC5 -Bushenyi District said that he was grateful to the gesture exbited by NWSC to reach out to moslem fraternity. He saluted Dr.Eng Silver Mugisha for having many ingredients of Social Corporate responsibility in Corporation he manages and as District; they have shared a lot from NWSC strategic plan of Corporate Social responsibility.
Sheikh Kiyimba Abubakar – Deputy District Kadhi – Bushenyi Moslem District thanked NWSC at Bassajalaba Mosque as he received items on behalf of Moslems. He showed his gratitude to NWSC for paying Zakat al Fitir as Messenger of Allah ( Peace Be Upon Him) guided. Sheikh prayed to Almighty Allah to shower all his Choicest blessings upon NWSC and give them Divine wisdom as they serve humanity.
