Dr.Eng Silver Mugisha – Managing Director of National Water and Sewerage Corporation ( NWSC) has said recruitment of its workers is entirely on merit but not premised on one’s creed, political inclination, sex, tribe . Dr Eng Silver Mugisha said NWSC is a public institution that sees every Person as Ugandan Citizen that must never be segregated using religion, politics , tribe or gender status
Dr.Silver Mugisha said all this while on Wedding reception of Customer Relations Officer Bushenyi Area NWSC one called Elineo at WESREC Hotel in Ishaka.
The wedding was attended by about 100 workers of NWSC. Dr.Eng Silver Mugisha saluted workers of NWSC for their Team work that makes such social function successful and was profoundly humbled by the cordial rapport between NWSC workers.
