Hon Katusiime Annet Mugisha was one of the guests witnessing the launch of laying of pipes to cover cells of Rwakahuka& Rwamukoto , Ntungamo Ward – Nyakabirizi Division- Bushenyi- Ishaka Municipality .
Hon Katusiime Annet Mugisha said that was very much pleased with progressive performance of NWSC because as leaders they are very much concerned with service delivery to people who voted them and being a member of Parliament’s Budget committee; is much interested in seeing value of the public funds they approve as Parliament.
Conversely, Hon Katusiime Annet Mugisha implored NWSC- Bushenyi Area to always keep informing NWSC customers before time of any shortage of water since this prolonged dry season has seen NWSC rationing water because water production at Nyaruzinga has reduced from 1.5 million litres day to 900 000 litres . Hon Katusiime Annet Mugisha called upon people to conserve environment because a degraded environment means shortage of water resultantly curtailing NWSC core responsibility to supply water to populace.
His Lordship Mayor Byaruhanga Richard extended his gratitude to Managing Director of NWSC Dr .Eng Silver Mugisha for his celebrated performance at NWSC that is witnessing institutional strategic performance of providing water for all.
